E-mail Confirmation:
E-mail confirmations of requested rentals will be sent to the email on the reservation form. However, if you have a spam blocker on and do not receive the message within 48 hours, please call. Lastly, if your reservation is incomplete, or you request equipment that is not available, we will contact you about those inconsistencies via e-mail. If we do not hear back from you about which alternatives you would prefer we will assume you no longer need the rentals. Thank you.

Reservation Deposit: A deposit of $10 per set of equipment must accompany the reservation and is applied to the rental upon pick-up. The deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. For the reservation deposit we accept either Visa or Master cards.

For groups of 1 to 10 renters the reservation must be received at least 5 days in advance of requested pick-up date and time.

For groups of 10+ renters the reservations must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of requested pick-up date and time.
