  • Check Drivetrain Wear (chain-stretch, teeth wear- both cogs & c’rings)

  • Check/ Tighten Pedals/ Crank/ BB
  • Clean/Lube Clipless Pedals
  • Clean/ Inspect Cables/ Housing
  • Clean/Lube Derailleurs (pulleys/ pivots)
  • Adjust Both Derailleurs (shifting/limit/cable tension)
